Account creation is by invitation only. MarvelDebutCards.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts are for personal use and may not be shared or transferred.

Section 6 — Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate accounts: email address, username, and usage data (collection tracking, search queries). We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties. Cookies are used solely for authentication.

Section 7 — Email Communications

MarvelDebutCards.com sends email only when explicitly requested by the user. Account holders may opt into periodic content digest emails summarizing new additions to the database. These notifications are off by default and can be changed at any time from your account settings. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties.
